Migraine headache has many trigger factors . These should be avoided so that episodes are limited.

If these triggers are neglected , headache is possible despite of ongoing treatment .

डोके दुखी साठी पत्थ्य / सरदर्द के लिए टाळने / टालना
- चीज , (CHEESE)
- चॉकलेट , केक (chocolate , Cake)
- कच्चा कांदा ( Raw Onions)
- थण्डा पाणी (मटका या फ्रिज का) , Cold water - from Fridge / Earthen pot )
- थण्ड हवा AC या पंखे की हवा मुँह पर लेना (Direct blow of fan or air condition - on face or head .)
- खट्टा (आम्बट ) दही (Sour Curd)
- लोणचे / आचार ( Pickles )
- उनात जाने / धुप (Sunlight Exposure )
- उपाशी रहाने / उपवास (Remaining hungry for longer periods of time.)
- मासे / मछली (Fish - more commonly from Sea Water , With thick Coatings / shells.)
- मोबाइल लाइट (अँधेरे में मोबाइल देखना ,गेम खेलना ) (Watching Mobile at Late Nights / playing mobile games .)
- कंप्यूटर का लाईट (Bright light from PC monitor )
- कॉफी (Strong Coffee in some cases.)
We strictly recommend to avoid these things if you are getting migraine headaches , half sided headaches .
